Develop relationships with current distributor and direct sales agents.
Maintain distributor relationships through quality checks and follow-up for referrals
Identify and elevate client concerns to the program manager
Provide manager with reports on status of program activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
Mine and audit the data to avoid any leakage and fix wherever required.
Fixing the queries from the distributors and sales agents via phone calls and email
Run the error reports on COGNOS to track and rectify errors to prevent the loss of the revenue
