• Coordinate the team of Commercial Station Supervisor Junior CSSJ.
• Coordinate the commercial operation of the station with the rest of Haramain HSR.
• Coordinate the information and operations with the Station Operations Manager and Station Supervisor OCC.
• Supervise the commercial accounting of the station being the maximum responsible for its correct accounting operation.
• Be in charge of all the commercial staff in the station, being responsible for management of the human resources: Labour availability, work shifts, reporting on conditions, etc.
• Coordinate the work of all the staff in charge.
• Oversee the general customer care.
• Supervise the organization and management in the management of passengers groups.
• Coordinate the commercial operation in accordance with security and civil protection planning.
• Supervise, within the scope of its competence, the contents and communication with the control center of the station regarding the information, public address and tele indicators.
• Compliance and supervision of the models and mandatory reports on activity and incidents, as well as their archiving.
