Projects & Implementations in logistic Department (2006-2009): Evaluation and analysis of broiler performance and follow-up broiler feed experiments, preparation and coordination of feed program, coordinate chicks’ placement and birds’ harvest. Implementing the Balance Score Card with support of Avalon and coordinate students’ training.
Projects & Implementations in Planning & MIS Department (2009-2011): implementations of quality control and live birds’ transfer in optimal conditions. Dashboard reports designing and updating. Formatting Microsoft Excel in Microsoft Groove for coordinators to collect broiler performance data. Support finance to collect financial data in the Baan System for breeders, hatchery, broiler and slaughter house.
Projects & Implementations in livestock (2011-2017): Designing and updating the daily dashboard report for Arasco president and Arasco Foods Vice President. Sorting and analysis MTech System data. Support Finance department in Baan System in calculation of the broiler weekly performance.
Agricultural Engineer: Follow-up production and quality to ensure the stock Astragi and beyond the schedule of the production plan and the requirements of the marketing plan
First Plan: Corporate Resource Planning (ERP) by collecting, organizing and analyzing data, and then analyzing problems through decision making.
Information systems: Attention to data entry and modeling programs for the purpose of obtaining information quickly
