Follow up with maintenance department to reduce fleet downtime, and provide fuel
& cash to drivers to perform trip required and manage the petty cash with drivers to settlement with finance team on a daily basis. Ensure availability of drivers to take required trips on a daily basis also manage the work time and vacations of drivers.
Responsible for archiving system for drivers, vehicles and team evaluations also assign drivers to trucks by documentation. Manage data entry team and coordinators to analyze and produce regular reports for daily transport operations, and ensure quality and
Accuracy of reports prior to distribution to insure match them with KPIs rates.
