• Accurately interpret and apply information from job order , work order , specification and drawings recognizing terms and symbols for Signage Estimates.
• Accurately prepare the Bill of material for Job Order to be issued to purchase and production for the completion of projects .
• Analyze Drawing , specification and other Documents to prepare the labor , material and Schedule time Estimate for the Upcoming project .
• To consult with the client , vendor , personnel in other department and Production supervisor to help resolve issue and formulate estimate.
• Liaising with clients, purchase , production , store and other professional staff to resolve issue in signage and propose idea to resolve the issue.
• To prepare day to day work progress , prepare monthly and weekly progress and reports .
• Prepare cost estimate and planning to be used by production manager and management for the future Reference and planning.
• Establish standard price list for different products with respect to different client as per the standard , quality and market survey of the products.
• Perform other Duty and responsibility assigned time to time .
• Managing parts of construction projects.
• Overseeing building work and undertaking survey.
• Setting out sites and organizing facilities.
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
• Supervising contracted staff for Fire Fighting work & Electrical work
• Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or Timescales.
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
• Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
• Liaising with Quantity surveyors about the ordering of materials
