Responsible for inspecting the Ericsson 2G/3G/LTE/L700 RBS with BB 5212,BB 5216& R503 during RAN modernization.  Supervising the installation of Ericsson RBS 6201, 6101,6102,6302,6601 and Enclosure 6130 and 6150 cabinets.  Supervise the work assigned to ASP’s according to Procedures and Contract.  Supervision of the Installation and Commissioning activities performed in Sites.  Supervision of the quality and performance of the teams’ work.  Inspect and report workmanship quality.  Ensure that correct methods, instructions, checklists and reports are used.  Coordinate and support teams in relation to technical Installation and Logistics activities.  Ensure that the Network Rollout (NRO) Installation Process is followed.  Report bad performance and quality on site & Reject wrong deliveries of material to site.  Ensure that the verified Installation plans and documents are approved and accepted by customer.  Cooperate with Site Engineers to confirm scheduled activities and troubleshooting as per the plan.  Carry out safety inspections of OHS process of all team members in site.  Continuous follow up with ASP teams to finish the migration activity within the specified MDT time frame

Actively participates on Ramzan and Hajj Projects every year and performs as Team Lead by managing sites and achieving zero outage targets.  To perform O&M activities and on call duty as per roster includes troubleshooting of RBS 2000/3000/6000 and Minilink issues.  To perform PMR (Preventive Maintenance Report) activity of complete site includes saving current TXN Report, TXN Backup, and RBS IDB, Node B& ENodeB Script files (Site and O&M data) and to update the CV (Configuration Version).  To resolve the opened work order (Trouble Ticket) and to close it within specified time.  To perform close coordination with front office and SOM for any 2G/3G/LTE/Transmission issues.  To perform Ericsson module and baseline software up-gradation.  To configure and troubleshoot the STM, XPIC, Space Diversity, Classic Node and High-cap links, OMS 1400, Traffic routing, SNCP, DCN, IPRAN, and Cascading.  ATM to IP migration of NodeBs and Cabinet migration.  Providing and maintaining LAN DCN, DCN-OSPF connectivity of Transmission Equipments for NMS visibility.  Trouble shootings of RBS Equipments, TRU replacement, VSWR and A3alarms (Rx Diversity) clearance.  To perform hardware replacement of RBS and Minilink equipment with efficiency without disturbing traffic.  To Perform Acceptance and Inspection of new sites includes RBS, Minilink, Node B and ENodeB B (Indoor/Outdoor) Installation, VSWR, External Alarms, Call Test, TX Power and RSL as per SID (Site Installation Document) and to make sure the Ericsson defined quality standards.  Able to perform Ethernet End to End test with IP Analyzer.  To perform joint visit with Electro Mechanical team to ensure the External alarms availability.  Able to checking BSC alarms and resolve visibility issue using WinFIOL software.

Radio & BTS Engineer NOV-2008 to JAN-2012
As a member of RAN Implementation department on Roll-out project of GSM Network, I was responsible to commission BTS sites
which include supervision of Installation, Integration, Up-gradation, PAT.
Key responsibilities include;
 Integrated more than 300 BTS sites & 100 BTS expansions within the target time in AIRCEL project roll-out.
 To perform site installation includes RBS 2000 and 6000 Series 900/1800 Band, Transmission (Mini-Link).
 To integrate and commission new BTS sites includes Electrical/SDH E1 path clearance from BSC to site.
 Implemented Tejas STM-1 add/drop multiplexer with Ericsson hi-cap (SDH) in more than 25 hub sites and Ericsson Traffic
node based XPIC with OMS 846/860 implemented in more than 10 hub sites.
 Ericsson Traffic node ring migrated in more than 75 sites within the time frame.
 Implemented PDH to SDH conversion in more than 20 hops.
 More than 20 no’s of microcell (Ericsson RBS 2308/2111), 50 no’s of indoor/outdoor repeater (Astra/Shyam/Coiler) and 2 no’s
of IBS based microcell (Cellcom, IBS antenna/Ericsson RBS 2111) implemented in our most valuable customer premises.
 RND survey conducted for more than 60 Coverage & Capacity sites in Aircel project.
 To perform quality Inspection check on Indoor and Outdoor equipment and make sure the site installation must be as per SID
parameters and Ericsson standards with zero snags.
 To conduct Call Test for newly integrated sites using the Ericsson pocket TEMS T610 for radio signal measurement.
 To Conduct PAT/HO3 and FAT/HO5 of sites with the ASP.
 Responsible for implementing critical traffic migration and site re-parenting work as per planning requirements.
