Project Name : Endowment Development Project for Al-Sahaba Graves Buildings & Mosque
Project Brief Description: State of the Art architecture for the Graves buildings, Mosques, Residential Complex and Hotels with variety of decorative Arches, Vaults and large Domes.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Managed a successful and Professional construction execution of project phases till final handover as planned and budgeted with complete owner satisfaction.
• Framed all contractual obligations of subcontractors and recognized all critical requirements.
• Monitored project target schedule and project budget.
• Resolved drawings contradictions with the consultant and suggested quick practical and applicable engineering solutions for approval.

This was achieved successfully throughout comprehensive early study of released for construction drawing which facilitates early clash detections of the existing technical and functional contradictions between the various design areas in the project.
■ Supervised successful construction of a permanent dewatering system through a deep perforated PVC piping network under the city roads network including large precast manholes, pump stations, collection tanks with continuous pumping and discharge to the sea.

Project: Reducing water table level under the residential community of Al RUWAIS city of ADNOC - Abu Dhabi.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Supervised the day to day site construction activities of deep and wide trench excavation, gravel filling around the laid perforated pipes and testing, backfilling,....etc.
• Selected the appropriate type of sheet piling at different trench excavation depths.
• Performed non-disruptive road crossing under the highway of 80 Meters road width to install and test a 1meter diameter discharge pressure PVC pipe line construction.
• Solved site construction obstacles with feasible and practical alternative solutions.

Project: Motah University Main Mosque.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Site construction activities were delivered professionally to MO`TAH University Engineering Office as per the special engineering requirements and various geometrical shapes and elements in this unique project.
• Prepared all projects construction methodology statements.
• Identified and optimized the formwork selection for all types of structures using key technologies to meet domes and arches unique architectural requirements
• Managed all procurement of material lists, and purchasing activities in line with Specs.
• Ensured regular project controls to maintain a successful completion within Project Targeted Budget and Schedule.
Achievements:
■ This project constituted my first project success challenge as a project manager. It had a unique architectural design with a bullet shape minaret of 42 meters height. It was donated by the Prime Minster of Interior, located at the Main Gate of Motah University and supervised by the university engineering office.
