Examples: Facilities Management Infection Prevention & Control at workplace to GOSI and SCA; customized Food safety & Quality training to restaurants, caterers, coffee shops, and food business operators.

Ensure full compliance and update of the ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management Systems, HACCP, JCI, CBAHI, and the Ministry of Health (MOH) statutory and regulatory requirements.

Succeeded at significantly reducing the number of Electronic Occurrence Variance Report (E-OVR) incidences/complains to the Environmental services.
▪ Integral participant in the establishment of the Quality unit of the Support Services Administration. Proved instrumental for performing frequent inspection quality rounds to maintain and oversee implementation of SOPs.
▪ Built a collaborative rapport and mediated between hospital staff and Environmental Services units along with the Support Services Administration. Created a ‘findings report’ on a weekly basis to provide to unit heads.
Operational Manual (OM) Project:
▪ Leveraged a keen eye for details to create and monitor the ‘Operational Manual Progress Report’. A key contributor in establishing an OM for the Quality unit and the Environmental Services Department.
