Manage, develop and train 60 direct reports (local packaging & QC managers).
Act as first point of contact for all technical service programs and specification issues.
Manage technical service project teams and specification processes to aid in delivering company packaging innovation strategy in regards to rigid plastics (bottle, cap, trigger and tube) flexible (refill bag and pouches) and board (carry carton, folding box and corrugated).
Cross-Functional team Leadership related to any NPD.
Specification process & system knowledge of operation and use (production efficiencies, machine output, logistic etc…).
Lead development and optimization of packaging specifications (injection and blowing mould, extruded flexible and board/paper making).
Lead technical support team for field issue resolution (prepares and implements suitable procedures for a best in class packaging quality).
Link with packaging Engineering leaders to develop specification needs for future projects.
Develop continuous improvement plan and processes related to technical services and specifications.

Provides overall direction and guidance to the operation with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability.
Provides daily leadership and management of all manufacturing, engineering, operations and EHS functions at the site.
Interacts with other manufacturing units, R&D, marketing/sales, customer service, purchasing and distribution on a regular basis to ensure that new products, processes, plans, promotions, and service requirements are translated into manufacturing operational plans.
Manages manufacturing budgeting, planning, and communications both within and outside this function in order to meet organizations goals

Ensures that the facility practices cGMP and follows ISO requirements.

Define project scope, objectives and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with business owners and stakeholders
Plan and manage projects through all phases of a project lifecycle
Develop project plans and associated communications documents
Manage project budgets and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations, including reports for management regarding status of project
