• Manage products specification, drawings, codes/LNS and clients details using NAV/MDR/CRM & Target Systems.

• Knowledge in water hummer, WaterCAD, Water GEMS and ESRI GIS.
• Participate in customer visits, product presentations, exhibitions and project visits.
• Create design BOM components & production BOM for the production department.
• Applying 3C, A3, 5S, KPIs, six sigma, and internal audit.

•Knowledge of international standards and codes ASME, BS, AWWA, EN, API,ANSI…etc

• Ensure work instruction and assembly in place for each product in coordination with production and quality departments.

• Handle technical and design-related non-conformities in cooperation with the quality department.
• Ensure the training of employees, customers and authorities
• Ensure the approved projects are executed within the agreed time and budget.

Supervising the maintenance and installation of fuel pipelines, pumps, fuel control automation systems and fuel dispensers at government sectors such as the ports to supply warships with fuel, airports, Aramco and private companies.
• Carry out and supervise the repair of mechanical and electrical machines such as air compressors, submersible pump, LC meters, calibration systems, fuel transfer pump, power wash pump and lifter post.
• Provide maintenance for automation systems such as TLS, ATG Automatic tank gauging system and fuel automation systems.
• Working on continuous improvement of maintenance procedures such as estimates reports, service reports, warranty claims and spare parts orders.
• Provide maintenance services for mobile fuel stations, oil and gas equipment such as fuel dispensers, fuel pipelines and controls panels.
• Monitor and manage spare parts inventory by using SAP and Briton.
• Design & maintenance activities for a fuel distribution system to supply generators
with fuel.
• Provide quotations for maintenance customers and coordinate with them.
• Manage maintenance activities, plans & schedules.
• Execute daily maintenance activities.
• Follow up maintenance orders with Procurement and outside suppliers.
• Carry out inspections of the facilities as needed.
