Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
Verifying Sub contractor’s RA bills.
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Monthly Salary and Wages preparations.
Review the progress of billing and ensure that the billings are made on timely basis and monitor the variance in billing and collections as compared with the forecasted planning.
Assist Management in the preparation of cost estimates ensuring all budgets and estimates are reasonable.
