* Study Technical Specifications Of Previous Projects Very Well And Compare It With BOQ & Shop Drawings.
*Provide a study of the differences between the technical specifications of the project and the Shop drawings & BOQ to Prepare Variations in construction contracts.
*Prepare The Final Doors Schedule For Metal & Wooden Doors For Construction.
*Prepare Quantities Of Previous Items To Send It For Pricing.
*Review Submittals & Shop Drawings And Samples Then Sent To Consultant for Approval.
*Meet the Consultant and Discussion in Submittals & Shop Drawings And Samples to Take Approvals.
*Prepare Comparison Between Approved Companies To Select Which Companies We Want Assign For The Job.
*Negotiating With the Vendors for Material Procurement While Coordinating With the Higher Authorities of the Company.
*Prepare Contract & Parches Order For Approved Companies As Per Approval Of Submittal & Shop Drawings Considering To Achieve Approved Specification And On Time Delivery To Project.

*Develop Guidelines for Executing Architectural Risk Management Activities to deliver High Quality Architectural Designs Ensuring Compliance with Regulatory and High Standards.
*Advice and Monitor Onsite Engineers on Architectural Engineering on Calculations, Plans, Designs, Layouts in Alignment with Project Specifications and Project Cost Estimates.
*Serve as the Onsite Resource for all Matters Related to Architecture, Finishing and Design Quality by Developing and Reviewing Blueprints, Drawings and Providing Feedback and Sketches to Rectify Design Errors to be incorporated in drawings by Designers/Drafters.
