- Manage excel spreadsheets with 300+ loads on daily bases.
- Escalate problems to the appropriate departments/ managers.
- B2B sales and Customer service.
- Acquire referrals, meet and exceed quotas.
- Follow up with new and existing customers and resolve service/ product issues.
