I am seeking for new challenge job that linked to Risk Management which offers me the opportunity to develop my new skills while strengthening those I already possess. My degree in Risk Management has enabled me to develop good organizational skills, an analytical/logical approach to tasks, and the ability to work under pressure. I am able to work well both on my own initiative and as part of a team. My main strengths are adaptability and dependability. I try to learn something new from every experience because I believe there is always room for self-improvement, both personally and professionally.

A department that concerns with the management and service of the very important clients such a Ministry of Education, Abdul Latif Jameel (ALJ) and their customers. ALJ deemed the biggest client in the Middle East.
in this short period time I worked on many insurance types e.g. medical Insurance, vehicle insurance, life insurance for vehicle drivers and payment insurance upon dismissal of the employee from work and my position is Partnership Officer.

- Medical insurance for employees of the Ministry of Education.
The department is specialized to manage the medical insurance. Our missions is including but not limited to answering inquiries of the instructors through websites like Twitter and coordinating with the standard call center and handling the instructors’ problems and getting rid of hardships and holding meetings with instructors in schools and with officials in the ministry. I have worked in this department within teamwork.
- Management of vehicle insurance file affiliated to ALJ Group and their customers.
My mission presently is to handle this account in whole and to create opportunities, adding vehicle to the policy, delete the policy or delete the vehicle from the policy.

- Part of my job also is to bring new clients and serve them in our department to accomplish the target at the end of each year.
I was a broker and responsible for a group of companies that dealt with Marsh Company in car insurance.
My position was Claims Supervisor in the car insurance department. I was responsible for retrieving all accident reports from our customers, pre-checking them, and sending them to the insurance company. I then made sure to follow up the requests until the accident compensation was received from the insurance company and I then forwarded it to our customers.
During my final four months of my Bachler’s degree I taught English as a Second Language in public school to meet the graduation requirement.
