To assess student’s eligibility to funding and their contribution to fees.
To process student related data into the College Student Record System from
source documents such as enrollment forms and amendment forms.
To use and maintain effective processes for the storage of electronic and paper records in order to ensure that records are easily retrievable.
To monitor, maintain and report on student attendance records.
To process and maintain timetables.
To assist with the preparation of information for audit.
To provide training to managers and staff in order to resolve any issues regarding the registers or timetables.
To process other student information and data as required in accordance with funding and audit requirements.
To participate in the all-College data reconciliation exercises.
To process amendments in line with College policy and audit requirements. To carry out data quality checks, verifying the accuracy of information and resolving errors as required.
To maintain the integrity of all student data in line with Data Protection requirements at all times.
To manage and monitor the workload and report against targets to the
MIS Manager.
Plans, organizes, and directs the processes and operation of the registration, admissions and student records functions
Establishes, monitors, evaluates and improves processes, procedures ensuring alignment with College missions, vision, and values
Develops and administers policies pertaining to the overall students record Keeping function of the college including class rosters, students applications, permanent records, transcripts, credits, grading, and withdrawal.
Responsible for the security and confidentiality of student records.
Advises and enforces college policies relating to registration,admissions and records. Preparing schedules, academic warning, dismissals and grade reports.
Prepared reports and projections based on analysis and Established and evaluated profit plans.
