Planning & cost control Engineer
• Studying new projects SOW, review the MTO, analyze & Prepare Cost Estimation, Budgets, and contact with the management to get approvals. • Create Baseline for spending plan.
• Develops and maintains the Master Schedule for all projects, and establish the key millstones for each project
• Establish the productivity basis to be utilized in the estimate.
• Preparing manpower histogram to show labors distribution for the projects.
• Estimate the cost to develop the budget taking in consideration the risks & management reserve. • Preparing Executive Dashboard report to give the top management visibility into Projects performance across all units in a quick & easy way.
• Preparing the expected Cash flow & following up the payments taking in consideration any approved Variations. • Control and monitor project expenditure, checking of invoices and claims from suppliers. • Monitoring projects progress and compare between planned & scheduled progress. • Manage vendor bidding conferences & analyze bids. • Cooperating with finance & procurement departments to follow the payments, materials orders.
• Measure the projects performance using earned value management to provide accurate forecasts of projects performance problems. • Preparing monthly payment Certifications according to the work percent complete. • Dealing directly with clients to achieve the desired results, & to satisfy all their needs. • Overall monitoring Project costing and maintaining it with in the budget. • Working on tenders, pricing new projects and prepare all the documents needed to be submitted.

Main Responsibilities:-
• Studying the received quotations & drawings from the head office.
• Design PEB “pre engineering building” using MBS, and preparing MTO.
• Preparing drawings using Tekla software.
