Managing parts of construction projects.  Overseeing building work.  Undertaking surveys.  Setting out sites.  Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.  supervising contracted staff
 Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
 Communicate with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
 Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors - this is site-specific and may not be the case on all project
 Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
 Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
 Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
 Submission of all Type Inspection Request related civil work.
 Attending weekly Progress Meeting & Technical meeting with Consultant & Client.

 Managing overall operations for executing civil & fit out projects within cost & time norms; participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress.
 Check plans, shop drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
 Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications

 Inspection & Execution of reinforcement work in RCC structure as per BBS Schedule.
 Follow Standard procedure as per Project specification, approve method of statement & inspection testing plan.
 Maintain Quality of Project & Following QA/QC guideline as per Quality Plan
 Ensure of site security and follow health & safety.
 Inspection of Pre- Casting Formwork.
 Carefully monitor electrical & mechanic al shop drawings In co-ordination with civil drawings
 Prepare Daily report & Weekly report.
 Resolving Snag at site & NCR.
 preparing reports as required;
