• Plan, Coordinate and monitor contractor performance and activities and recommend appropriate actions.

• Generate reports that reflect activities of the contractor, unit and staff.

• Monitor contractor's staff recruitment and selection criteria and direct the development and implementation of training program with senior member of the department
