MicroMerger (PVT) is working on a project of UNICEF, in which almost 200 employees are working 24/7. My responsibilities in this project are followings;
Work closely with various departments, in a consultancy role, assist line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
Evaluate instructor performance and effectiveness of training programs, provide recommendations for improvement. Liaise with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance, health and safety.
Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
Staff Recruitment - this includes develop job descriptions and person specifications, prepare job adverts, to check application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selection of candidates.
Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.
Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, includes promotion and benefits.
Administration and co-ordination of internal training programmes
Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
Develop testing and evaluation procedures.
Delivering lectures of various subjects
Assessing student’s course work and material; invigilating examination
