• Ensure that HR Database is being updated and maintained on timely basis.
• Help the payroll specialist on the monthly salaries execution and replace him while he is away.
• Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal.
• Ensure all performance evaluations are conducted appropriately and collected and submitted to the
• Asst. HR Manager as per agreed time frame and procedures.
• Ensure monthly reports preparation in a timely & efficient manner (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, sick leave, Saudization…etc.)
