•Ensure inventory shrinkage is kept to an absolute minimum by implementing proper controls •Ensure all
warehouses / distribution inventory processes are correctly documented in SOPs and teams are trained
accordingly. •Investigate & identify root causes of inventory discrepancies in receiving & dispatch processes
and develop corrective actions to eliminate recurrence. •Maintain report and distribute all warehouse /
distribution inventory KPIs. •Ensure all warehouse / distribution inventory training is up to date and
documented. •Constantly review storage capacity planning, set up and optimization to ensure business is
not interrupted. •Develops and implements procedures for ensuring adequate inventory levels are present
that inventory counts are completed regularly and in a timely manner •Comes up with a way to dispose
of or sell obsolete items in inventory •Works with other teams including sales, shipping and purchasing
