Managed to change the process of patients discharge, which reduced customers waiting time. As a result, complaints in that regarding declined significantly for the favour of hospital reputation (refer to cover letter for details).
I recommended that the laboratory to verify the done blood bank orders so the system can automatically transform them into charges.which approved and implemented, miss charges has decreased significantly.
The administration reduced costs while opening a new building, which increased units and responsibilities with prior needs of manpower , which posed a challenge in tasks distribution. We passed the crisis by setting priorities and focusing on the most important.
