Career objective

I am a Self-motivated, a hard worker and responsible person; a fresh graduate currently looking forward to pursue a career or a training that is relevant to my field of study which is Human Recourse Management. I’m eager to experience, face challenges, and learn new skills at a reputed, oriented company in order to enhance my knowledge and gain a valuable experience.

Tasks Done in Training and Learning Department at Siemens Company

 I’ve been asked to do a market research on training suppliers in Saudi Arabia specifically and The Middle East generally, who provide competency skills training focusing on soft skills such as Communication Skills, Leadership and Management, and looking for their locations, headquarters, number of employees, type of training courses they offer.
 Prepared training certificates and filled a courier requests for each certificate to send them to employees' locations in Saudi Arabia.
 Edited some training data for a tool used in company's website including the archived training courses that have been held in the past such as; course name, name of registered employees, date and duration of the course.
 Checked a big number of personnel files in order to make sure if they have the necessary documents such as; a copy of their national ID’s or passports, employment contracts, legal guardian form ( for females), DAME-X which is the first tool created by Siemens used to check employees and suppliers' names in order to find out if they have criminal records. Therefore, if they want to employ a new candidate they first send his/her name to the headquarter in Germany then get his/her DAME-X Report.
