• Performing Radiography Testing on all type of pipes in GOSP and its pipelines from surrounding Gas & Oil Well Heads including Weld, Gap checking and Profile Checking (Corrosion).
• Performing Onstream Inspection of pressure equipment.
• Performing NDT Activities at the time of plant Shutdown.
• RT Film Interpretation of the welds (Production, PQR, WQT) to the international standards.
• Coordination assigning the inspectors for witnessing the NDT inspection of RT, PT, MT, UT (Thickness), PWHT, PMI & NACE Hardness Test with the relevant codes and specifications.
• Coordination and assigning the NDE personnel for performing in-process and final inspection using NDT methods according to client requirement.
• Manage daily office operations, able to multi-task and work independently, equally effective as a team member and leader, collect data and make decisions.
• To inspect Technician’s inspection activities as per Project spec and Procedure and given training to them.
• Follow good SAFETY practices and remind the team periodically about the importance of safety at all times during working at height and confined space.
• Magnetic Particle Testing & (Fluorescent method) on the Blades of Gas Turbine Rotor, Rotor Discs, Generator Rotor Ring (Blade support).
• Liquid Penetrant Testing on Combustor Baskets, Transition Piece, Fuel Nozzle Assembly, Clamshell, and Vane Segment.
• Inspection and reporting.
• Performed Radiography Testing on all pipeline’s weldments in Refinery including Gap Test, Welder Qualification Test & PQR (Dia from ½” to 108”)
• Performed Thickness Gauging of Annular, Bottom and Shell plates & Drain Pipe of Storage Tanks.
• Performed PMI (Alloy Analyzer) & NACE Hardness Testing.
• Performed Magnetic Particle Testing & Liquid Penetrant Testing.
