Supervise and follow up on employee’s attendance, absent and annual vacation balance.
- Supervise and solve trucks issues before it dispatches to clints.
- Follow up on the status of deliver to the clints and solve their issues.
- Receive clints invoices and arrange for inventory.
- Schedule orders and arrange tasks for next day to employees.
- Use Oracle software to extract invoices data and convert it into Excel format.
