I am writing to indicate my interest in working at your organization. I am a Key Account Manager working at Al Quraishi Electrical Services (AQESA) Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The current job role is to manage different customer accounts such as Saudi Electricity Company.
Before that I was a Project Engineer at Schindler Olayan Elevator Co. Ltd. Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The job role was to manage the Installation of New Elevators at multiple projects.
My academic background is a Bachelor degree of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick, Canada. I also have multiple certifications in different areas such as Contract Management, Six Sigma, PMP and Leadership.
I carry out a lot of aspects of technical skills and project management during coursework and real work. Multiple projects during the coursework related to Electrical and Computer Engineering, has equipped me with the hands-on knowledge on MATLAB, AutoCAD, PSpice. On completion of each project, it made me technically sound and improved my technical reporting. My final year capstone project was based on controller communication. Furthermore, multiple projects during the real work related to project management, has equipped me with the knowledge on quality, cost and time management.
I have always balanced my work with activities and sports. I’m also an active person who loves to follow the technology. I believe that working with your organization would allow me to gain practical experience, while also enabling me to contribute my organization, strategic planning and administrative skills. 2. Meetings and coordination with the Client or Consultant.
3. Preparing all needed information to order the materials and following up with the factory.
4. Following up the financial status for each project by:
4.1. Reviewing the financial status at the SAP system.
4.2. Managing the resources according to the financial plan to avoid any overrun.
4.3. Issue the invoices and follow up the collection.
5. Preparing monthly presentations and reports to share all with Schindler Leadership on a monthly basis meeting (WIP meeting) to discuss the status of each project.
6. Reporting to the Installation Manager and Mega Project Manager.
7. Any works that may impact the implementation of the project professionalism.
