Summary

Currently working as District Health Officer (Preventive Services). I am responsible for all the preventive programs running in district. I am incharge of Maternal and Child Health related programs like specially Family Planning, I am expert and incharge of District level Family Planning Program, Hepatitis and Infection control Program,EPI Progrm Dengue, Congo Influenza H1N1, NCD and IRMNCH program. I have sound knowledge of partner collaboration and have worked with a consultancy firm also. Previously i was working in GPEI (Global Polio Eradication Initiative) program as Polio Eradication Officer in District Muzaffargarh for almost a 2 years I have sound knowledge and experience of EPI and RI(Routine Immunization). EPI evaluation is one of the maine assignment in my JDs. I am master trainer for evaluation and supervision.
Previously I was working as Public Health Nutrition Consultant in Contech International in wihich i was working on nutrition in collaboration with GAIN (Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition). I have worked on the iodization of Salt and done my field visits to monitor its proper fortification and to prepare a report on the issues faced by the manufacturers on getting proper fortification. I have to prepare a report for the detailed laws and regulations for the Nutition in our Country. I have gained full knowledeg regarding the role of Regulatory Authorities and their jurisdictions regarding regulating the food laws in Pakistan.
I have done Masters in Maternal and Child Heath (MMCH) from IPH (Institute of Public Health Lahore) and child vaccination and EPI was the prime subject of masters and I have completed my public health training specially in preventive programs running in Punjab Health Departments such as EPI, MNCH program, LHW program, IRMNCH program.
I have worked on the thesis namely 'Reasons of referral of pregnant women from DHQ hospital Layyah to tertiary care'
