• Analysing the RFQ and preparing quotations.
• Planning for the requirement of material & manpower as per the drawings.
• Carryout all the production activities as per the planning schedule.
• Carryout all testing’s such as DPT, Pneumatic testing, Hydro testing, radiography.
• Carry out the third party inspection with internal QA/QC department.
• Interface with internal manufacturing and external vendors to get parts manufactured within project schedules.
• Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
• Participate in controlling the production department budget.
• Manage and develop production employees to achieve established goals of safety, environmental performance, production volume, quality, service, and cost.
• Ensure production employees are properly oriented and trained.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement within departmental employees' performance through regular feedback, coaching and training.
• Review, analyse and make recommendations regarding safety, environmental performance, quality, expenses, productivity, and customer feedback.
• Develop or implement departmental reporting as required.
• Maintain a high standard of professional knowledge, ethics and practices when dealing with customers, suppliers, peers, subordinates, supervisors and other key stakeholders of the company.
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner that reflects integrity and respect towards customers, suppliers, peers, subordinates, supervisors and other key stakeholders of the company.
• Understand, support and adhere to the company’s health and safety policies, programs and procedures by communicating and promoting health and safety awareness to co-workers and subordinates.
