D) Train & qualify stuffs.
C) Develop & Enhance current inventory management , Purchases processes .

- Purchasing Manager putting into effect (Local& Foreign) Purchasing/Sourcing strategy , Managing
execution flow including contracts management .
- Managing purchases for average amount of 80,000,000 USD /Year .
- SRM Starts from selection ending with evaluation .
- Manage _In a team_ Department KPIs & Objectives which includes _But not limited to_ :
* Procurement cost saving (Hard cost saving) .
* P&L Saving .
* Consignment orders value .
* Sourcing management includes E-Sourcing events .
* Orders & Supply consolidations
- Improving both of traditional & modern purchasing methods (i.e E-Auction , E- Contracts Tools) .
- Department ERP Super user .

Purpose :
- Warehouse Manager is responsible for maintaining the Warehouses , customer service in order to
ensure customers have access to necessary supplies and needs by Managing & supervising all Inventory
and warehousing activities .
- Assisting in maintaining cash controls, purchasing Processes .
- Building Supply Chain Strategy With both of Purchasing & Logistics Sections .

- Maintaining the warehouse , customer service in order to ensure customers have access to necessary

- Manages materials supply support on 24/7 coverage .
- Logistics procedures converges out of Logistics section working hours .
- Provides technical assistance and training to storekeepers , Material planners & Warehouse supervisors .
- Assisting in maintaining cash controls, purchasing Processes .
- Performance and SLA management reporting .
- Instruct & Monitors the safety roles applying .
- Manages call out/escalation service requirements.
- Co-ordination between Supply Chain Department & Engineering Department regarding services required

- Create New Parts MRP & Update Current .
- Monitoring stocks and reordering process .
- Meeting delivery schedules deadlines to meet the company demands.
- Prepare and maintain ERP (IFS) Sys. Records of materials and spare parts accurately.
- Investigate discrepancies in inventory records to determine corrections needed.
- Process completed requisitions into issues and process all returns.
- Participating in periodical inventory committee.
- Carry out Quality Assurance procedures for component inspections .
- Following the pending PO & material requisitions with proc. Section.
- Ensure good housekeeping and safe working conditions in stores .
- Ensure that parts and materials are delivered on time through efficient routine strategies .
- Assigning and observing the suitable storing conditions for all kinds of spare parts & goods.
- Preparing a list of scrap materials corresponding with logistics .
- Putting into effect the 5 S’s strategy and warehouse basics .
