Planned Maintenance Orders such as PM, Calibration, Corrective and the required details to perform including: steps, resources, estimated time, crew size, and completion dates. Convert notifications to orders at SAP, add instructions, details, parts, purchase requisitions etc. if any.
Controlled all endeavor related with procurement of parts, services, equipment/tools rental related to orders being planned, or as requested by the Maintenance Management (Supervisors, Engineers, Manager). Delivered technical support to planning team and assisted in formulating Turnaround plans, schedules, materials take-off and manpower estimates.

Established job descriptions for PM jobs and assigned the resources and Spare parts. Designed equipment, maintenance item and maintenance plan. Shoulder the responsibility of opening closed work order from Maintenance Plan (Iw45). Generated the PM work orders by using the date monitoring IW38 or IW37. Recorded all outstanding work orders and transferring to the scheduler to execute the job. List down the all pending jobs work orders and transfer to the backlog list. Proved instrumental in BOM creation and Stock Overview (MM03) as well as preparation of the backlog work order.
