• Send repair quotation to the bank to get the approval before we start any activity.
• Coordinate to install, remove or relocate ATMs with the ATM warehouse after the ATM bank owner request.
• Coordinate with the ATM engineer to fix and replace the damage, out of service and vandalized part between banks and help desk, also follow up with the ATM engineer to close banks request.
• Check all ATMS quotation and update it in company system.
• Coordinate and follow up with the ATM engineer to replace and fix and damage part to close banks request.
