• Negotiation terms and conditions with suppliers to ensure optimum price, competitiveness and high-quality products.
• Develop and build relationships with key suppliers and evaluating supplier's performance using data based on cost, quality and delivery.
• Tracking all orders placed with suppliers and inspecting materials upon delivery to ensure everything ordered have been filled correctly and goods met specifications.

• Improving and repairing maintenance equipment (chillers, firefighting system, fire extinguishers, smoke and heat detectors, and water treatment), and keeps accurate maintenance records.
• Supervising the project at all stages and providing solutions to problems, and customized performance projects for factory staff utilizing ERP and Excel spreadsheets.
• Prepared daily and weekly reports and identifying critical activities of preventive and shutdown maintenance then arrange a meeting with consultants to provide recommendation based on detailed analysis and modeling.
• Ensured ongoing efficiencies in accordance with goals of MTD, QTD, and YTD by reporting on the progress being made with regard to the Key Performance Indicators.
• Coordination with various departments for the smooth functioning of the equipment by feedback and suggestions from them.
• Teamwork for analyzing mechanical failures to improve the root causes of faults and quality.
