Designing drafting & development of HVAC System, Chiller, Package Unit,
concealed Unit, Split Unit, FAHU, FCU AHU etc. (Heat load Calculation, Duct design,
Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Material Submittal) Conducting research to inform the
design and engineering methods required for the mechanical systems. And Planning
and executing mechanical designs using AUTO CAD & Rivet.
Fountains, Water fall, Pumping Station (Domestic Cold and Hot water supply
system, Grey water recovery system, Boiler System, Drainage System), Chilled
Water System, DX System, Fresh and Exhaust Air System, Fire Fighting System, Fire
hose (all NFPA Codes and standards, UL, and FM.).Met with clients to establish
decor needs and used Auto CAD to create custom project proposals in alignment with client budget, tastes, and time frames.
1. Organizing the day-to-day facilities management (F.M) requirements of the company. 2. Superior operational knowledge of heating air-conditioning, plumbing, electrical systems and Excellent ability to read and interpret government regulations and technical procedures. 3. Effectively collaborates within the all department and provides input to peers for general maintenance activities. 4. Ensuring that all work performed is done without impact to internal or external procurement. 5. Dealing with issues in a proactive and timely manner. 6. Keeping facility operating costs to a minimum, and ensuring that all party contract activities comply with the company’s legal, Health and Safety, Quality Management and environmental policies. 7. Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety, quality and environment legislation.
Assisting and providing Information to drafting team order to Preparation of Shop
Drawing & Coordination with Drawings Preparation of As Built Drawings.
Installing, commissioning and testing of HVAC, Ducting A/C, Split, Package Units,
Fan Coil Units, FAHU, Park Extract Fans and Smoke Extract Fans etc.
Clarifying the technical problems arising on site with Project Management,
consultant and ensuring the availability of adequate Resources (Manpower and
Materials) for the execution of assigned job and Ensuring the work is executed
according to contract Specifications and approved design drawings agreed
procedures and Method Statements. Maintaining of quality control system
documents and Method statements and inspection test procedures.
