Screening CVs, shortlisting, circulating and following up with relevant managers.
Conduct initial interviews with perspective candidates.
Provide short list to business heads / recruiting managers and arrange interviews.
Acquire feedback from business / recruiting managers in order to progress to next interview stage, offer or reject applicant.
Keep records related to all recruitment activities.
Familiar with Documentation of recruitment for all countries (India, Pakistan, Philippines, Nepal, Egypt).
