 Control and handle the project on site relevant things such as monitoring, Arranging, controlling, supervising, work assigning, marking, quantity taking, Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) preparing, & etc.
 Quantity such as work done, to do &site requirements has taken by AutoCAD & Excel, including BBS.
 Submitting Daily & Weekly Report to project manager
 Preparing drawings by using AutoCAD 2D & Sketch up 3D
 Purchasing of required building materials
 Marking of plot (survey)

 Marking has been done by using Total Station, Theodolite, Dumpy level, while handling Total station even pursuing AutoCAD is part of it.
 Quantity such as work done, to do &site requirements has taken by AutoCAD & Excel, including BBS.
 Submitting Daily & Weekly Report to consultant & project manager
 Maintaining Quality is the major role because the project was under the control of ROP
 And some other works with dedicatedly.

 Control and handle the whole project in all aspects
 Reports to the Manager/G.M. of day to day activity of the project
 Overview and checking the technical details of the project
 Attends the internal project meetings
 Prepare the schedule of project and controls the site as per the schedule
 Preparation of weekly & monthly progress report as per target & submit to Project manager /Consultant/Client
 Preparing Quantities for site procurement
 Preparing Bar Bending Schedule in Excel
 Working along with surveyor for in case of coordinates and elevation references
 Preparation of daily labor report, monitoring & consumption of the materials
 Preparation of inspection report, material approval request, query report & submit to consultant for checking the work for approval & records
 Ensure the method of verification, testing and inspection were carried out by the Quality Control procedure
 Arranging all approved material as per project requirement

 Preparation of schedule, execution plan and daily progress
 Preparation of sub-contractor bills and M-Book updating to process client bill
 Preparation of monthly meeting reports, work in progress, profit and loss report
 Supervision and execution of all civil and chimney, silo, machinery foundations works as per the design and drawing
 Surveying and marking as per site layout & drawings by using Dumpy level and Theodolite
