• Working closely with production manager, QC, mechanical and other departments engineers and supervisors to ensure maximum output and the efficient running of the production facility.
• Schedules and directs the activities of Kiln and Mills Operations and carries out regular checks of equipment operation and product specifications in the process area with coordination with process laboratory senior chemist covering pre-heating, conveying, burning cooling and silos storage and ensures correct recording of
checklist data.
• Prepares schedule and directs the activities related to loading clinker products and feedstock in the reclaimer according to sales orders.
• Monitors correctness of loading orders and instruct operators to effect loading and dispatch.
• I Solved the problems which was caused by lack of communication and information about the production and that give me rewards Appreciation letters and promotions from the top management of the company , like :
1- create a Production shift report by Excel which gives a clear information about the plant production/ shift and machinery condition then counts the SUM/ day and compare it to previous day filled by shift supervisors and sent to the management which lead to increased production,productivity of the employees and reduced stoppage
times and save the maintenance and operating costs simultaneously and connect the supervisors easily through emails.
2- Invent a Housekeeping Reports and a Housekeeping Methods each week instead of each shift which solve the problems of low efficiency,lose of man power,lack of leadership and organization and waste of money and time of the company and supervisors.

• Work in the investors relation-industry section which combine between the investor's needs to do industrial project with the chance available in jubail light and support area in terms of the type of activity, its need in the city and the land available.
• Go for regular visit to the industry to check the technology available and report any new information differ from RC regulations.
• participate in the committee meetings with head managers in discussing and interviewing with the investors in terms of technology used and technical data.
• Do Feasibility studies with department engineers and cluster people to reach the objectives of RC with unique investments.
• Identify the RCJY work criteria and master plan and identify its KPI to reach 2020 vision.

• Console/Field operator for utility section of methanol plant consisting of two Package boilers 80 Ton ,Waste water treatment unit,Demnineralized water treatment unit, de-arator, steam headers and lagoon.
• I participated in the start-up, shut-down, emergency and normal operation activities of the methanol plant.
• Taking preventive actions to avoid abnormality.
• Suggesting and developing new ideas to improve operation; suggest and invent walk way road for workers in the plant to keep them safe and developed a control loop way to control the Fe+ in the DMW unit.
• Learn how to work with a team.
• Follow the standard operation procedures, safety standard in/out of the plant.

• Knowledge of using simulators software, SAP, excel, word, power points and many Microsoft offices.
