• Lead and supervise the day to day work of human resource management, as well as play a crucial role in assisting in the implementation of the HR strategy.
• Oversee the work regulation and HR Policy of the organization.
• Manage the guidelines through the preparation, updating and recommendation of human resources policies and procedures.
• Manage historical human resources records through the design of a system for saving and retrieving files, while maintaining past and current records.
• Managing all the operation of recruitment from end to end with planning for future need and coordinate with recruitment agencies.
• Studies and analyzes classified job position and creates job description with suitable salary range.
• Planning and implementing the future leader program, in addition qualifying the old employees to assume supervision and leadership position.
• Managing the training and development for the organization staff as business needs.

• Provide leadership advice and guidance to executive departments and employees regarding development related issues.
• Managing and review the payroll and compensation.
• Internal audit for the operations and make sure everything as per organization policies & Saudi labor Law.
• Dealing with employees’ legal issues and resolving them or making decisions about it as per the organization policy and Saudi Labor Law.
• Evaluation the performance of administrative work.
• Update the general services for the staff.
• Supervision of the management of visas and issuance of re-exit, final exit.
• Managing and dealing with regulation of the ministry of labor.
• Dealing with and approving the offers of companies provided to the employees of the organization.
