• Coordinating with technical team and sub-contractors for new tasks or modification required to be implemented in project.

• Supervising all control room of whole project in which FAS, Elevators, Escalators, CCTV, BMS and SCADA to be operating.
• Attending weekly, monthly and as required; meetings with management, site teams and service providers to ensure set goals have been achieved.
• Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods. Ensuring all site activities to be as per required quality standards.
• Proactive involvement for expansion of project for System designing, Integration, Analyzing Drawing and Technical support.
