Working on the National Productivity Program (NPP) to transform factories into adapting the fourth industrial revolution concepts, Industry 4.0, which is one of the programs within the National Industrial Strategy (NIS).
It consists of building the roadmap & design the implementation plan in order to meet the program goals.

Leading continuous improvement projects within Ma'aden Aluminum. Our goal is to analyze the systems and eliminate waste to generate an improved process outcome. We do that by following Toyota Production System (TPS) set of applications of Lean 6-Sigma, A3 Problem Solving, Kaizen, 5S & 7 Wastes.

Responsibilities include:

- Implementing & managing the Degrees of Implementation (Cash Generation & Savings) program across Ma'aden Aluminum which generated $165 Million USD in 2016 & $124 Million USD in 2017.

- Conducting continuous improvement workshops across Ma'aden Aluminum where we apply the concepts of Toyota Production System (TPS) to diagnose & solve the problems.

- Training employees on the concepts of Toyota Production System (TPS).

- Conducting Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma training for all levels.

Projects conducted:

- Leading a workshop on eliminating the fire incidents occurring to the MPTV (Metal Pouring Transfer Vehicle).

- Leading a workshop on analyzing and mitigating the current scrap generated from the Rolling Mill process and plan for the short and long term business implications.

- Participation in the zero stock items workshop within the Smelter Green Mill plant.

Working in the Refinery and responsible for the following departments:-- Maintenance & Engineering (Central Maintenance/ Turn Around Team/ Workshop/ Fabrication Shop/ Reliability Team & Projects Team);-- Technical (Process Team/ Lab & Control Room);-- Warehouse;-- Residue Area.--Duties include:-- Incident Investigations;-- EHS programs review (Confined Space/ Electrical & Crane safety);-- Establishing new program (Excavation Program);-- ASAT Audit preparation ( Refinery lead for Confined Space & Crane Safety);-- Corporate Audit preparation (Refinery lead for Confined Space & Electrical);-- Corporate Audit preparation (Mine support for Confined Space/ Crane Safety & Mobile Equipment);-- Mine & Refinery EHS Programs GAP Analysis;-- Creation of Refinery Confined Space Inventory;--Refinery EHS Single Point of Accountability (SPA) for the following subjects:-- Confined Space;-- Electrical.--Refinery EHS support for the following subjects:-- Contractor Management;-- Emergency Response Team (ERT);-Management Of Change.--Conducting EHS Training for the following subjects:-- All awareness level training;-- Confined Space Entrant and Attendant user training;-- Lock Out Tag Out Verification (LOTOV) user training;-- Permit To Work (PTW) user training;-- Job Safety Analysis (JSA) & Take 5 user training;-- Fire Watch user training.--Other training conducted:-- Human Performance (HP) training for Mine & Refinery.
