➢ Handle express carrier follow up on Imported/Exported shipments.
➢ Process and follow up of advance payment for concentrate consignment.
➢ Ensure timely customs clearance, improve shipping and customs procedures.
➢ Apply customs legislation to optimize expediting process and avoid penalties on company.
➢ Connect and follow up with the Custom Clearance Brokers for all shipments.
➢ Prepare for DGR consignment approval.
➢ Coordinate with broker agent to obtain the DGR approval.
➢ Auditing and processing invoice for clearance agent.
➢ Registered concentrates shipments in the SFDA website.
➢ Sending concentrate paperwork / information to insurance company
