 Assist Procurement Manager in Process of the organization procurement
procedures.
 Preparing a projects' material procurement plan & continually updating
Procurement Log sheet.
 Preparing comparison sheet for projects' material vendor’s quotations.
 Handle negotiation with Suppliers, to meet our budget or target prices & to agree
on payment terms and conditions.
 Preparing Contract agreements and or Letter of intent with vendors.
 Managing & approving projects' purchase requisitions through ERP system.
 Preparing Purchasing orders.
 Manage material delivery schedule & Working closely with the warehouse team.
 Conduct meeting with relative departments & clients.

 Preparing Project Material Plan.
 Manage all electrical material requirement Plan against projects’ time schedule.
 Review IFC drawings, and verify material with BOQ and specification.
 Sending RFQ & RFP for assigned vendors.
 Studying all received quotations & technical proposals to verify with project
specifications.
 Ensure compliance to project budgets and provide analysis of deviations.
 Prepare submittals for consultant approval in the all electrical Packages in
Project.
 Reviewing RFI's before release for Client / Consultant.
 Liaising with relevant staff to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
 Assist in settling invoice or contract disputes.

 Review the Project documentations, such specification, BOQ & drawings.
 Create RFQ for the materials & equipment’s for the projects.
 Float RFQ and RFP to bidders, follow up and following to receive their
quotation and technical proposals.
 Techno-commercial evaluation and Preparing Material comparison sheet.
 Review Material submittal documents before submission to ensure compliance
with project specification and agreed quotations.
 Reply on the Consultant / Client comments after arrangement with supplier.
 Generating PO for services and materials.
 Follow up on material delivery and documentation requirements.

 Project Design reviewing.
 Redesign electrical drawings, preparing Panel schedule, SLD, lighting & Power
plans.
 Preparing Material technical submittal (MTS).
