• (ORAT) Operational Readiness, Activation and Transition Turning a building into a business cooperating with Munich Airport team.
• Involving and observing in all trials scenarios for readiness and report it to line manager with getting feedback from trial’s participants.
• Acting as terminal closeout engineer in the consulting and client’s representative team for readiness of KAIA project.
• Identify all safety issues that’s will effect on readiness of airport and health and safety of workers.
• Identifying all risks for readiness of the airport and apply the tools and resources necessary to track, manage and mitigate these risks.

Job Responsibilities:
• Lead consultant team assigned for projects at Southern zone in Riyadh.
• Ensure that all safety and precautionary requirements and procedures are followed as planned during the work.
• Review project management plan and developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Monitoring and Controlling scope and use EV to measure the schedule and budget performance and update project management plan.
• Following all quality management plans created and identify the root cause of issues using a proper tools with applying all quality assurance procedures with a proper inspection.
• Identify all risks and with updating risk register and use all tools and techniques for avoiding and mitigating these risks when acquired.
• Applying change management plan and monitor and control it.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Monitors the progress and work across engineering disciplines to ensure smooth executing works and coordinates with other disciplines to make necessary adjustments and changes.
• Provide guidance to the contractor Engineers in analyzing the scope as per contract and measure schedule and cost performance.

Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage a number of housing and warehouses projects.
• Create project management plan and review all procedures tasks.
• Review contractors proposals, analysis it technically and financially and make comparison sheet for it and apply procurement management plan create it for the project.
• Measure cost and schedule performance using EV and update schedule and cost baseline.
• Use all Quality procedures assigned in quality management plan.
• Identify all risks at projects and updating risk register with proper tools for risk response.
• Create projects invoices and perform cost control within project budget .
• Ensure that works are duly complying with contract documents, specifications, drawings and project standard. Support Site engineers, make a periodic site visits.
• Attend all work shop technical meetings and other meetings with various parties (clients, Contractors, suppliers, statutory authorities, other disciplines, site meetings) to clarify and/or confirm their requirements, obtain information and ensure that all facets of the project are being correctly progressed and deliverable are in accordance with the approved Master Program.
• Handling variation orders and handling and Negotiate with subcontractors and supplier to solve problems and any critical situations.

Job Responsibilities:
• Review tender documents and check it for bidding.
• Quantities take off for materials procured for site.
• Coordinate architectural works with civil, electrical and mechanical works
• Material submittals, sub-contractors pre-qualification and method of statement reviewing and resolution.
• Handling variation orders.
• Recalculation for the quantities of BOQ items and handling variation orders.
• Evaluate received quotations from suppliers and subcontractors technically and financially.

 Responsibilities:
• Working under Design’s Director as a Junior Architect. Supervising and coordination with the various other disciples (HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting and Structure).
