Duties:
• Collecting requirements from key stockholders to define the scope.

• Provide coaching/counseling to foreman.
• Escalating issues and areas of concern to senior managers.

• Preparing status reports for use in communication to stakeholders.

Duties:
- Confer with production, test, purchasing and sales to discuss existing or potential engineering projects and products.
- Confer with management, production, sales and purchasing staff to determine engineering feasibility, cost effectiveness and customer demand for new and existing products.
- Direct and coordinate manufacturing support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, and customer requirements.
- Prepare and communicate specifications for purchase of materials and equipment/tooling when necessary.
- Communications and updates estimates, schedules, reports, and documents based on revisions and changes to the project.

Duties:
· Processing for stockholders requirements and systems specifications.
· Developing designs in collaboration with consulting engineers.
· Review and coordinate the scope of works for sub-contractors.
· Evaluation of technical and commercial proposal of sub-contractors.
· Supervision during troubleshooting of System and submission of report and recommendation to the team.
· Manage and supervise both temporary and permanent works.
· Represent the company during Project Meetings.
· Review and Evaluation of Variation Orders.
· Engineering follow-up and Design audit.
· Supervision during the testing and system start-up.
· Preparing check lists for maintenance requirements,

Duties:
· Generating Work Packages and Work Instructions.
· Managed the project team including any subcontractors
· Undertook all monthly project financial cost reporting.
· Ensured staff and sub-contractors timesheets were accurately completed.
