Checking and preparing site reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly), maintaining and ensuring quality control procedures.

 Designing, Estimation and implementation of Civil Works (Roads, Bridges & Buildings) for proposed sites.
 Preparation of BOQs.
 Supervision of the Construction Site, bill preparation.
 Documentation and completion of File work of recommended sites. 
 Assist the social team in identification of Sites.
 Conducting Detail Survey for Schemes and collecting the basic information for design and BOQ preparations according to standard Procedure.
 Developing of the construction Plan (Auto CAD Drawings) and consultation with communities to ensure its proper implementation.
 To ensure the quality of implementation by implementing scheme according to approved drawing, Design, BOQ and estimates and guide the construction committee, mason and Technical Supervisor accordingly.
Ensure the quality of materials used in construction at site, Assist in handing over of the materials to communities from warehouse and ensure its proper utilization on site.
 Verifying the material record at site and update it accordingly.
 Updating construction materials record and all other work targets on regular basis.
 Participate in Weekly planning to ensure effective utilization of resources and timely completion of schemes.
 Ensure proper monitoring and evaluation of progress against performance indicators and ensure timely submission of field visit reports.
