I have a BSc in computer science from Ajman University - UAE, I am working as senior project manager, I have more than 5 years of experience in project management (operation and maintenance - government sector), along with other low current projects and IT management.
I started my career as a programmer using power builder as a programming language, then shifted to a system analyst, and after that to the IT field and networking.
I handled twice the operation and maintenance project with the SRCA (Saudi Red Crescent Authority), once with SCS (Specialist for computer systems) and the other one with Al-Sahab national company, and within the two times I closed the project successfully and able to get the project closure and final payments, and in addition I was a project manager for Al-Riyadh Municipality (Amanat Al-Riyadh) for operation and maintenance project with SIT (Saudi Information Company) for one year.

o Role: Senior Project Manager for Saudi Red Crescent Authority – Operation and Maintenance. o Scope of Work: Providing manpower (Operation team) and Run day-to-day IT activities. I was responsible for all project activities, risk Identifications and ensuring customer satisfaction by on-time milestone delivery. Manage the operation team of about 26 staff (Programmers, DBAs, Technicians), schedule & manage preventive maintenance for the DC equipments (servers, FM200, Cooling system…), ensuring the project does not exceed the budgeted contract amount. o Accomplishment: gaining project closure with high profitability, minimal expenses, with complete customer satisfaction, Project closed.
