 Responsible for the RAN issues of about200(2G/GSM) sites, 150 (3G/UMTS) node B, 100 (LTE+MW) sites, 230 MW links, one 6900 BSC and giving support for MW for over 600 sites.
 Performing periodic Preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of the sites.
 Working and troubleshooting the Huawei BSC 6900, BTS 3900(2G) and BTS 3900 node B (3G) for different trouble shooting issues.
 Working and troubleshooting Huawei RTN 610, 620, 910, 950, 980, NEC Paso link, NEC neo and Ericson’s mini link Traffic Node 2P, 6P, 20P.
 Working on Huawei optical nodes OSN(3500,2500,1500)
 My sites include BTS with different configurations, different types of links SDH, PDH with different configurations (1+0, 1+1, XPIC, XPIC SD etc.) and with different power range ( SP, SPA, HP, HPA, LP)
 Supervision of the contractor companies.
 Taking acceptances of the sites.
• Carrying out MDT “Maintenance down Time” if required and solving the issues that might trigger outage.
• Corrective maintenance on sites when informed by NOC for trouble tickets.
• Sending site reports (equipment handling, PATs, PM and CM, MDT) to the customer and my manager on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Conducting PAT of newly installed sites of LTE, 3G, and MW link (as customer).
• Preparing reports of any outage in the region, explaining its cause and suggesting remedy if possible.
• Periodic meetings with the customers, briefing them about the steps taken to avoid outages.
• Checking the VSWR using site master and BER test using site master.
• Local monitoring of Alarms through BSC and loop checking.

 Worked in BSS &MW installation over two year.
 Thorough Knowledge in integration
 Had knowledge in Alarm clearance and also testing of equipments.
 RTN 910, RTN 950, RTN 620 etc configuration and commissioning and also integration of RTN
 Had worked with the integration based with Cisco Router in Hub sites for transmission.
