• To co – ordinate with purchase Department of Head Office and clarify the queries in procurement of spares.
• Responsible for the coordinating our purchase requirements expediting shipping schedule with the purchase department of head office and Warehouse section.
• To coordinate with suppliers as and when required for al purchase activities.
• To coordinate with local purchase section and follow up local purchase.
• Up keeping of all the records of purchase activities such as PRs and IRs and other correspondence.
• To take procurement action and follow –up of purchase requisition for timely supply and spares.
• Spares Planning and Inventory Control * To raise a purchase indents for the majority of the spares of Mechanical and Electrical Section equipment’s in consultation with the Head of Section. * To observe inventory control on spares while raising purchase indents.
• To prepare Annual Budget in consultation with Head of Section.
• Responsible to promote & manage Quality, Health & Safety Environment.
• Execute any other duty entrusted by Head of Section.

• Performs services of commissioning for Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining (YASREF) Company Ltd.
• Inspects various facets of electrical works on site and performs continuous surveillance of assigned activities to ensure compliance with all applicable codes (NEC), Aramco standards, and specifications.
• Motor Solo Run Test: Checking MCCs and checking the motors as the flowing: Vibration check, Temperature, RPM, Voltage, current, grounding connection, terminations, and motor direction.
• Cables: Insulations, Continuity, HV test, Termination, Tightness, and Sequences.
• Transformers: Oil leakage checking, Oil breakdown test, Windings.
• UPS: Battery check, Punch list, and re-energization.
• Walkthrough for site filed and making Punch List items for all the absorptions.
• Responsible to promote & manage Quality, Health & Safety Environment (QHSE).
• Switchgear attend the energizing and de- energizing for witness and punch list.

• Inspects various facets of electrical works on site and performs continuous surveillance of assigned activities to ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and specifications
• Performs services including operation, maintenance and construction led by the Jeddah Municipality.
• Coordinates and effectively supervise the ongoing operations & maintenance of street lightings along the roads and highways for any renovation, modification and improvement projects.
• Responsible for the coordination, scheduling & quality assurance, provides shop drawing and as-built drawings and O&M documents submittal review and approval, project records, preparation of job orders and technical reports.
• Checking of interim claims and its recommendations and prepares job completion reports for final accounts and close-out documents for the multiple O&M project.
• Responsible to promote & manage Quality, Health & Safety Environment (QHSE).
• Responsible & accountable for the successful completion of the assigned CMS projects.
