• Manage and provide guidance to the COM Installation sub-contractors - managing their performance and installation quality on a daily basis - including instructions on on-site implementation reviews, validation of progress reporting compared to on-site installation completion

• Responsible for installation of Network Devices such as switches, Routers, Patch panels, DCS Access Points, Optical distribution Boxes, Modems, TRE and Loop box installations.
