- Record assets and make deprecation entry every month
- Make payroll and employee accurate for vacation and termination
- Participate making final reports (loss & profit statement – Balance
Sheet – Cash flow Statement).
- Compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such
as accounts payable and general ledger accords .
- Reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness. Processes invoices for payment
- Processing records of amounts due and making sure invoices are paid according to terms and discounts taken.
- Performing statistical analyses to determine trends, estimates, and significant changes, and writing narrative reports explaining findings
- Analyzing financial information detailing liabilities payments
- Conducting studies and submits recommendations for improving the company's accounting operation
