Work Description (Report to PM)/
 Supervision the team of Jeddah area.  Coordinate internally between Jeddah branch and Riyadh head office.  Coordinate and represent NASCO Company with MODA/MP (Ministry of Defense and Airbase)/ (Military Police).  One of the PMO team which prepare the planning of a new project will start on 2019 with SANG (Saudi Arabia National Guard).

• Coordinate of Ericsson-STC Acquisition project to prepare Owner Agreement and Contract .
• Coordinate internally between STC department - Wireless Network Implementation (WNI) and Jeddah District Administration- to achieve the target of acquire the sites.
• Tracking Macro and IBS sites (Solve issues, Speed up to achieve monthly target).
. Responsible for all benchmarking power connection activities in western region.

• Project Manager for STC project of EBU (Enterprise business unit) by outsources Team for Fixed and FTTX.
• Manage the big team with establish communication base and teach them how the communication is important and what is the way to do it.
• Monitoring and controlling team with customer and close the issues.
• Build the Data Base and made the way to fix issues by establish spare parts in each area to do quick action of correction procedure.
• Teach the team the standard of customer at safety, uniform, respect customer of our customer and interest the policy of our contract with the customer.
• Open a new area to increase works with customer by managing relations.
• Close the invoicing with customer monthly.

• In the beginning of the project conduct all sites to survey the location and all facilities against to start of work to cover the Western Region of KSA by a new TETRA system.
• Survey the Coverage for tunnels of makkah and hajj area to provide a new TETRA system with using leaky cables signal.
• Then start the planning and scheduling works.
• After that, execute the work with NASCO Contractors to do a Telecom officials for approval of plans, installation Engineering, configuration, Troubleshooting and Maintenance to achieve final standard and Ensure that all site staff is aware of the Project requirement and approved procedures and drawings, then prepare reports to PM.
• Assist in preparation of special reports to investigate any problem related to the Scope of Work and recommend solutions or Change request.
• Controlling telecom and civil snags as Assistant of Engineers supervisor.
• Control Thefts sites by GSM camera and get the police report.
• QA AND SAT Monitoring and controlling.
• Participate with discipline engineers in final inspection and preparation of Punch List.
• Handover sites With MOI consulting team (Telecom and Electro mechanical).
• Operate the operations rooms (Dispatchers and supervisory console) and make the Talk group for handset devices and dispatchers, private call, emergency call and message service.
• Operate the NMT (Network Management Terminal) to control radios and dispatchers in the network.
• Check the coverage at sensitive, private and VVIP places by SCOUT Program and Motorola radios checking with Drive test team for Motorola system coverage.

1-In the begaining inspect the sites as a civil work to make site ready for installation (RFI).
2-Then start Telecom Work with Inspect and Supervisor the Quality of work.
3-Support and fixed problems facing with Contractor.
4-Then changed my position to Acceptance Coordinator with following works:-
a-Manage and support Contractors to give approval RFCs from NOC of Zain and close tickets.
b-Track with Contractors to close all issues before PAT. c-Manage the folders and schedule of PAT for western region.d-Guide the PAT team and control them.
